Hello, so I was looking for a different screen for my car since I do Doordash. I came across this car screen on Facebook that I thought was pretty cool so I use my Netspend account to get it. Little did I know that the screen wasn't really $10 like it showed in the ad. Plus it didn't confirm that I bought it. It told me I was entered into a sweepstakes and wished me luck. I received a text message saying that the $31 came out of my account for it and the rest was blocked because I didn't have enough on my card. I tried to get ahold of Netspend but they told me since I tried to make this purchase even though they scammed me, it's a legit purchase so they're not going to do anything about it and wished me a good day. That's the last time I'm using Netspend for anything like that and I'm definitely not going to trust that company again. That's the first time I've gotten scammed by something off Facebook I know there's stuff online to watch out for but I didn't have an experience like that until recently.
