Description
Upon purchase on petfrisco.com via PayPal of a $4 Frisco Brand item (Frisco sells pet products at major pet retailers), I was notified by PayPal that I had agreed to a $14.88 daily charge to a Amy Cosner at [email protected]. The contact page on their website does not have a phone number but an address in Kansas.
