I saw an advertisement on TikTok for this company, Girluxe. They advertised jumpsuits for a cheap price. I ordered the same jumpsuit previously in a different color, but it was from a different company. Therefore, there were no red flags. I trusted TikTok. So, I placed my order and was provided with tracking info a day or so later. I checked the tracking multiple days, and my order appeared to be stuck in China and there was no movement. So, I reached out several times to inquire about my order. I always got a timely response, but I began to get the run around. They even told me that the jumpsuits were reshipped and to wait an additional two weeks. I ended up asking for a refund and they told me they couldn’t cancel my order since it had already been shipped. I have gone round and round with them. And I also noticed the name was changed to 411 Glam and I started receiving emails from [email protected]. Girluxe and 411 Glam are both fraudulent companies owned by the same individuals.
