Website was legit, even received follow-up emails that things were left in cart. They added a surcharge without notifying, made it seem like it was local, never sent a receipt. When I got receipt, it was from New Jersey (I was in California), added $20 surcharge, "confirmed delivery" but flowers were not delivered. Called, asked for proof of delivery, they said, oh so sorry, systems are down. We will get back to you as I have a lot of customers on the phone. When I said I am a customer, they put me on hold, only to come back and say they'll call back whenever they can to cancel the order - even though they said it was already delivered.
