I purchased 3 pairs of 2XL cargo pants from Peach'D. The website shows the pants to have a jean like material that is spandex with a button down front and zipper. About a month later, I received 3 pairs of L cargo pants that were stiff and made out of a table cloth material, with a drawstring front. The pants also has a strong vinegar odor to them. I contacted the company to see if I could get a replacement, and they told me that "all sales are final" which was not mentioned upon my original purchase. When I further looked into the address that the items has shipped from and the website I found more information the company was likely a scam. I was also advised from previous users of the Peach'D website to cancel the card I used to purchase the items immediately, because the company had a history of recharging customers for orders they didn't place. I then looked into the Peach'D terms of service and found their membership terms, which states that they reserved to right to charge customers without notice a total of 35.99$ every 10 days as part of the membership fee. This fee was not mentioned at the time of purchase, neither was information on the return policy. I have not yet received any more information from the company, but have contacted my bank to removed the charges from Peach'D.
