I had ordered two pair of women's size 10 boots for Christmas gifts from Blevex. When they came in, they were a size 11 and much too big. Could have been men's boots. I had email correspondence with Clara, a co-founder, from Dec. thru Feb. 6th. They asked for photos of the boots I received to prove they were the wrong size and then when I sent photos, they said in China, where these shoes came from, the sizing is bigger. That's a joke. They would only refund my money if I sent the boots to an address in China which would have cost me as much as I paid for the boots. Information in one of my emails from them showed they work out of California.
