I purchased 2 Planter Boxes online via a FACEBOOK post. It stated it was a secured site. It also stated if 1 set was purchased I would reset another set for free with shipping. I purchased 2 boxes at $19.99 each for a total of $52.96 which was taken from my CHASE account on March 16, 2024. I received a tracking number and was able to track until received. What I received on April 3, 2024 were a pair of Gucci Sunglasses. When I reached out to the customer service email provided, it bounced back "undelivered" stating it didn't exist. I went to the site and found the following information. I sent my order confirmation information to the email address with no response. ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
