Description
He boasts how he won Three Hundred million dollars and that he wants to give back by paying off peoples credit cards. After showing him basic information about what is owed, he offers to pay it by giving you a bank routing number and an account number. The payment posts in your account and he immediately texts every day that you make $500 donations. Before the funds clear into your account he withdrawals what he gave you. You are then out the money donated and still left with your original debit.
