IDefine Wigs uses pictures of wigs from other sites to lure buyers into buying their wigs under false pretenses. Once you order & pay for the wigs, you are mailed not the wigs that you ordered, but IDefine's rendition of the wigs. Despite promising a 30-day return and refund policy, they DO NOT honor that commitment. First, they jerk you around for days by ignoring your attempts to contact them. Then they ask you to take & send them pictures of the wigs before they can send you a return authorization. However, once the pictures are sent to them, they send you an email telling you to keep the wigs and take them to a stylist, accept a $40 credit, or use a 40% discount on "your next purchase.) They stopped answering the phone and refused to respond to my emails.
