We were invited to a meeting to discuss recent legal proceedings for our Blue Green ownership. We were told that Blue Green was sold to Hilton and this is the one and only chance to get out of our ownership. We were given an amortization schedule of our maintenance fees and shown how high it would be in 20-30 years. We were told that our kids would inherit the debt at the increased amounts on that schedule. We were given an amount we could pay to have a dissolution resolved to remove us from membership. The company address is a virtual office in Wyoming. The company name is not legit. Cannot find it online, only companies similar in name. The phone number goes to a technologies company for mechanics tools with a similar name. Total scam for time share exit company.
