Description

we were on a cruise and I needed to contact Singapore Airlines and only contact number online was for the PPS club of which we are not members. The other number i found was the 1 832-844-2707 the person answering the phone knew everything about us and our flights and said that unless we confirmed the flights, the flights would auto cancel. To confirm the flight since the pricing had changed since we purchased our original tickets, we would have to pay an additional $1028 per person additional. 2 travelers = $2056 total. Believing the person, I paid the difference. After reviewing what had just happened, I said this is wrong. I tried calling an emergency Singapore airlines international number +65-91258738 which was a very costly number and it drop me 2 times, and finally I asked the Singapore airlines agent to call me back. Success! Agent stated that our tickets were in good stead and she wanted screen shots of the calls and Credit card billing for their fraud department.
