First he wanted the money sent via Zelle. Which thankfully was not successful. So then he suggested paypal, but said to choose the friends and family option. Not realizing, that option leaves me with no safety net for disputes or refunds. So then comes time to ship the puppy which was stated is included. He was being sent via air by "Sky Move Logistic". That company calls and said due to weather conditions, (which there were none) he would have to be sent, per regulations, in an air conditioned crate for 1000.00 which would be refunded upon delivery to our door. "Its time sensitive as the plane is getting ready to depart" contacted the seller about this, He said we have to pay this. So we tried to send it via the Zelle info that was in the carriers email. Thankfully that was declined. Told the seller, he suggested, sending it to him and he'll turn around and take it there in person. So he sends a different paypal email than was used for the original payment to him. Declined. Sends a cashapp, declined, potential scam. Thank God! He then suggests creating a chime account. I said that's enough. Just give me a refund. Major red flags are flying. He tried every bogus excuse he could think of to keep this scam going. His site has pictures taken from other sites. Has a "Texas" address and a maryland area code, same state which my Area code is from. And phone number he's texting from is attached to a boat dealer in Baltimore.
