I was scrolling on Facebook and an ad popped up stating Fashion Nova was having a sale and everything was 1.99 for Valentine's Day. I clicked on the button to go to the website and it seemed legit so I started to pick items out for myself (about 13 items) and I used my bank debit card and paid. A tracking site was issued so you could follow the package so I did. I looked up and down in my mailroom which I live in a gated community where there's low crime. There are packages that have been there since I moved in here in December so I know it wasn't taken. I have to search for any contact info on the website to report and the emails were sketchy from the start. No logo, broken English, refusal of information of the courier used as it wasn't the usual like Amazon or something, no contact info for the company at the bottom and more. They claim they were going to resend the packages because I failed to mention above I also ordered my sister a bunch of stuff after placing my own order. We both have yet to receive anything. It's been since February the packages were supposed to arrive.
