Scheduled appointment for carpet cleaning online, claimed to be ZeroRez carpet cleaning out of san diego. Came with no identification, quoted me a fee that seemed high but I had heard so much good about Zerorez figured I'd give it a try. Tech said I could only pay with cash or credit card. Asked to see my credit card. After service I signed the invoice and asked if he needed to run my card. He said he took a picture of it. He left quickly and when I looked at the invoice the company was not Zerorez. I looked up the prone number and this company is listed on BBB as having pretended to be Coit, Stanley Carpet Cleaners, big name companies. My big concern was that he had a picture of my cc and my signature.
