Last year, in June 2023, I made two orders with the online retailer company NSOD. I made one purchase on June 3rd which totaled to $180 (shipping included) and the other purchase on June 27th which totaled to $165 (shipping included), both totaling in $345 combined. These orders were "pre-orders" meaning that the company could take up to "3-4 months to create and ship product", which would have my orders arriving to me by the end of October 2023, the latest. The vendor did in fact send an email to their customers in October (October 19th), complaining of "tote shipment delays" due to "unforeseen challenges". After apologizing and thanking customers for support, the company then states "for those orders that are past the due date will be refunded and processed the first week of November" and "until then no products will be sold on our website". Neither of those things happened. The orders were not fulfilled, they were not refunded, and the company continues to sell product on their website. The same items that I am awaiting arrival, might I add. They do not respond to emails or messages on their Instagram account, they have even turned off the comments, restricting patrons from voicing their concerns. It is very disheartening, I have ordered other items from this business with no issues and I've even recommended them to several people. Now I refuse to wear the other items I purchased because I will not be a billboard for a fraudulent business. So not only do I lose the money from my missing orders, but I also lose money from the products I will never wear again.
