I ordered flowers for my granddaughters Birthday to be delivered, how ever she never received them I called the flower shop and they said they had been delivered. my granddaughter never got them. i called again and asked for a refund they said they would. I called Nora in PA she told me they were using her name and they were scamming a lot of people.
