Description
An ad on TikTok promoted that this company was closing and putting their product on clearance for $6.95 instead of $69.99. The product is a viral crocheted blanket and the company website boasts 327 ‘verified’ reviews. After purchase, there was no confirmation email or any followup, and the product never arrived. This company then tried to make a $68.71 transaction on my credit card 5 days later which was stopped by my bank. Both my credit statement and the fraud alert identified the company as New Skin Touch instead of Lavurie. The website for New Skin Touch also seems to be a scam.
