I ordered 5 bottles of bourbon online on 2/17/24 - paid via a credit card and noticed that on the payment alert I received that the business may be actually out of Australia. I was sent an email with an order number (#25452) on 2/19/24 that explained I would receive tracking information and "be updated throughout the entirety of the process". I've attempted contact via email at least three more times with no response. Initially I asked a question on their website of where they would be shipping the product from - as there was no business address or phone number listed on the web site - and the response I received was Norman, Oklahoma. Yesterday (3/4/24) I ran across another online liquor seller called Distiller's Reserve (thedistillerreserve.com) with very similar looking and sounding website and products - and no business address or phone number. I again asked an online "specialist" where they shipped out of and the response was the same: Norman, Oklahoma. I also asked if they were the same business as RidgeView Bourbons but the response was no we are not. I have contacted my credit card company and filed a fraud report in hopes of getting my money back but want others to know of these most likely scam businesses.
