My father ordered a knife off of the website, it was originally going to cost $110.95. The company took an additional $12 when it was charged. He tried to reach out to the company about the additional charges and to request tracking information. He submitted a request on their ‘contact us’ page three separate times and also emailed them back on the “support” email that they had emailed him from with the order confirmation. They never responded and after the order was received today 3/4/24, he emailed the support email address and it said that the email was unable to be delivered and was not a viable email address. They also listed an additional email address in their original email to contact for issues relating to orders [email protected]. The order was placed 2/10/24 and he had paid for expedited shipping and it was not delivered until today 3/4/24. The product that was received was a necklace with a marijuana leaf, not the knife he originally ordered. When looking up the company address online, it pulls up as a gas station and grocery store. I tried to verify the company on the Alabama Secretary of State website and there were no results of the company. The website has many grammatical errors and there is no real contact information anywhere on the site. The website also does not list their company name aside from the website domain name and a couple of mentions in the about us page. It appears this site is fake and is trying to swindle people out of their money by advertising products that are not theirs. Finding the company online is pretty much impossible other than their website that pulls up when searching.
