Description
I got this text message: Hello *******! This is Jonathan from JMG-Texas. Your resume has made it to our shortlist and we'd like to invite you for an IN PERSON interview in our Dallas office. We have availability Monday between 10:30 am - 11:45 CST. Could you verify if you're available during this time slot? JMG- TEZAS https://jmg-tx.com I required the name of the role and asked where it was published and they answered it was for a Customer Service position and said my resume was highlighted as a match (we received smart-matched resumes via indeed, linkedin and careerbuilder). Then I asked for a JD and the last name of this Jonathan and said I can't find you or the company in LinkedIn. He replied saying he sent me an email with the JD and added " during the hiring process, we will have a conversation that takes into account your background and experience" The IN PERSON part is the most worrying at least for me. I searched the site and it exists but is clearly a fishy company.
