In early January 2024 I responded to an offer of employment from a fraudulent staffing agency add (Scion Staffing) sent to me through Whatsapp on my cell phone. It was for a part-time position for a company with the web address of www.themanifest-grow.cc. The company claims to have an office in Washington DC with a CEO by the name of Mike Beares. They are an internet application optimization job scheme - lots of those companies out there. I proceeded to connect to a "trainer" named Hailey through the internet platform which required a small deposit of USDT to begin the "task" of optimizing cell phone apps to make them appear better in the ratings on the app stores. Through clicking on a few buttons the platform purchases apps and includes utilization so they appear better than they really are. After task completion, the "deposit" is returned to my bank plus commissions. I made over $1000 USD in a couple days but as soon as I deposited more funds, the tasks became more and more expensive ultimately requiring over 200k in funds to deposit before I could get my money back. All in all I'm over 300K into this and although I completed the requirements of the platform, now the administrators will not give me my money back. The "customer service" on the platform claims that I didn't meet all their criteria for a deposit yet I have conversational and screenshot proof that I did. I want to do my part to make sure there are not any more victims of this fraudulent platform.
