My company was seeking funding and Dean from Riverway Funding Group reached out to us via text. We unfortunately did supply the requested financial documents to them as we would have to with any lender. Their offer seemed to be too good to be true. They asked for an upfront $13,200 origination fee. In researching this company, I find nothing about them. Nothing about their "CEO" named "Joseph Jacobs", etc. Also, they listed their address as 100 Wall St., New York, NY 10005; I checked the businesses located at 100 Wall St. and found no company named Riverway Funding Group.
