"Hello! I am responding to your resume that you posted on one of the job boards we work with. My name is Kristin and I am with The Beckford Agency. I am the Executive Assistant to Mr. Mark Beckford, the agency owner. Mr. Beckford reviewed your resume online and thought you would make a great fit in the agency. He asked that I contact you to set up a meeting over Zoom video conference tomorrow, February 27th or February 29th at 10:00am (EST). Please let me know you have registered by sending me a screen shot of your registration. Please use this link to register in advance for your meeting: https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/1816121897684/WN_wFn2i80OSYSr05tFzHr********. We're a national company and are open to remote positions. The position, pay and other details will be discussed in the interview along with any questions you may have.
