The website of the Dolci Lusso product describes high quality well-fitted pants and shirts sold at an incredibly low price. With excellent reviews listed, it seems legitimate. However, after purchase of 2 polo shirts and 1 pair of pants, what was delivered was horrendous. The shirt material was low quality, causes itching upon wear. The pair of pants was made of the lowest possible material, almost like it was discarded fabric, feels scratchy, rough, unrefined, and does not in any way fit well as their website descriptions. Then upon notifying the business that their products do not meet expectations and are not at all good quality, they requested that I pay the full return cost in order to get a refund and specifically added that if "All items must be unworn and unwashed, and must have the original tags. You are responsible for return shipping fees. All items originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. You must provide a valid tracking number of your return in order for us to proceed with the refund." This type of victimization is unconscionable and poor business practice, it is effectively a scam, a bait-and-switch by putting the burden of poor quality cost on the customers.
