Went on the website and contacted them through there. Looked at their testimonials only to later find out that almost all of the pictures posted of the dogs that were “bought” were from google. While I was in communication with them they were very active in responding before I made the payment for a dog. Once I made the payment of $750 they attempted to charge me an additional $850 promising me that $807.50 would be reimbursed. The $850 was to rent a thermal crate to transport the puppy because the crate they had initially provided was allegedly unsafe. When I had refused to pay for the rental and directed them to pay for it since they are the ones responsible for delivering the dog, they cut contact with me and I have been actively trying to get my money back with no luck. They told me that the total I would have to pay was $750 ($600 for the dog and $150 for delivery) so I refused to pay more than what they had already charged me. The delivery service they used was also very unprofessional and seemed fake as the number used was a google voice number. The breeder also refused to provide me with a phone number to contact them with so my only means of communication with them is through email which they have not responded to and I have sent them over 5 emails now.
