I booked a confirmed appointment through Booksi with Nashville Opryland. After paying then a message to confirm. Said the dates were NOT available. No way to tell me new dates. I had to pick. Still nothing. Told to call back in January. Meanwhile numerous calls from Monster claiming they could book the reservation for me. At the start of the call they confirmed a date for the hotel. After an hour on the call with them repeatedly trying to sell me one more vacation and me saying NO repeatedly they then said my dates were NOT available after all. For 2 months I called almost weekly trying to get a reservation and always told nothing available. Finally told it was because my credit score was below 625. At the same time I pulled up my credit score and it showed ***. Now they said I could book with another hotel that didn't check credit and get right in. I agreed just to get this over with. They found Orlando had an opening for March but I would need to pay over $300 to finalize the booking. They said the first money I paid was only for the hotel. This money now included a $150 refundable deposit, $99 insurance in case I need to reschedule and the rest in taxes and service fees. I asked for a refund of the money I paid and was told refunds are given only in the first 7 days. The only option they said is to pay the extra $300 plus or lose the money I've paid in so far.
