When there was a fire in maui we needed to change our airline flights. this organization posed as united airlines, confirmed they could cancel our $2800 flights for a full refund if we rebooked a new flight to an area not affected by the fire for $1400 additional dollars. we did. over the last 5 months I have been working with them and getting all different reasons as to why the refund wasn’t processing to only find out they are not affiliated with united airlines and 100% scammed us out of $2800 plus the additional $1400.
