Description
I ordered a subscription package from www.cratejoy.com. I did not receive a confirmation email. It was for a gift. So right before Christmas when I went to print out the information, I figured it had not gone through because I didn't have an email confirmation. So I ordered it again. This time I got a confirmation. However, they charged me for the first subscription without sending me a confirmation or any products. The subscription was for 3 months where we were supposed to receive a package once/month for three months. We recieved one package. Then I got an email saying my subscription expired. I tried to contact them on their website but it was only an AI chat bot that told me where to email. There is no phone number for them. I submitted a "ticket" explaining that I was charged twice and that I only received one package of three for one of the subscriptions. It has been 10 days and they have not responded to the ticket. There is no other way to contact this company. I've since seen reviews saying that others have been scammed out of money from Cratejoy and not received their product. Please let me know if you need any further information.
