Ordered sweaters on sale advertised by Talbot warehouse sale. It turned out to be a company out of China. They confirmed the purchase and sent a tracking order number. When I did not receive the items, they said that package was delivered to the wrong address and would I like a refund. I agreed to the refund on December 4, 2022. They said it would take 4 weeks to get the refund. I followed up after 7 weeks and they said to keep waiting. Here we are over two months and nothing. They keep saying to wait without any explanation. I don't expect to get my money back, but there should be a warning to other possible customers.
