Received two notices in the mail on the same day, dated differently. They both had my current vehicle listed as not having my “coverage activated” and “expiring soon or is already expired.” They sent a “check” for $199.00 with no signature and titled it “Registration Fee Voucher.” They’re very aggressive and the only way to contact them is by phone number. It says, “Please call IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU: 1-888-413-6075” and lists a record ID on one and coverage ID on the other - which are not consistent with one another and has two different phone numbers as well (the other is 1-888-582-6870). Multiple times they say I’ll “be at risk for being financially liable for any and all repairs” without a protection plan in place and after my coverage expires. Also, it states to call to verify the above information, referring to the record ID and my personal information.
