Description
I placed an order on 12/2/23 for a Taylor Swift tumbler (cup), and a Taylor Swift "Reputation" Blanket-Hoodie (order # 284313) from Litchella.com (FB link). The tumbler arrived, but the Blanket-Hoodie did not. Since my account was charged separately, I waited for the second package to be delivered, but it has now been 2.5 months. Not only have I not received the item, but I have received no updated shipping information, nor an e-mails indicating the delay (or cancelling the order with a refund, if you oversold the item and it is no longer available). Trying to track the package, by checking the "status" on the shipping info for the 1st item just indicates the first item was delivered. I have tried to follow-up with FOUR customer service e-mails (the last one earlier today), and have not even received a response. I have asked for the company to immediately send me the item, or issue a refund. BTW: there were 2 questions I didn't have an answer for, but could not proceed w/ the report without answering. There was NO phone number listed (probably should have been my first red flag); and I used a Visa-ATM card, which bothers me since it is linked to my checking.
