I placed an order for a Shark Flexstyle for $180.00 USD. This seller told me that they would ship my item on 1/27 and that I’d receive tracking info and a receipt promptly. After paying, I haven’t heard anything back, despite my several attempts of reaching out and have now been blocked by the seller. I have not received the item and they refused to refund me. The seller kept reading my messages and not replying. I see Vincent Edley and Caitlin Jo are affiliated and sell items they buy on pallets on Facebook. I can provide a screenshot proof of their affiliation. Additionally, I received the PayPal request directly from this account, in real time during my conversation, so I didn’t receive the wrong info like the seller suggested. Vincent Edley is falsely claiming to be a victim and ignored my request for refund. These discrepancies are leading me to believe this is a scam. Thank you.
