This agency took our money, made a fake booking- which actually showed up at the airline ticketing desk- but they never paid the airline so the booking was dropped. As if that wasn't bad enough, then they called and told us we had to change the flight to another time because the initial booking would not allow a bag to be checked. So they wanted more money to move us to a horrible late night flight time, but guaranteed it was in first class and we could check a bag for free. They also told us we could not cancel and get a refund, so we felt like we had to accept the counter offer. We had to contact our bank to recoup the funds, cancel our debit card, and we had to travel to the airport to confirm the scam and rebook a flight.
