Description
Was purchasing a chihuahua puppy. $200 deposit. $200for puppies last vet visit. Total of $400 was sent through PayPal. With remaining $200 to be paid upon delivery. All vaccines were to be up to date. I have a signed contract stating this. Them he contacted me with a request of $150.00 for a travel cage, which I turned down. Then he contacted me with a request of $300 for a parvovirus and parasite shot. Which I also told him no. All vaccinations were to be included according to contract. After many arguments with me stating final payment was due upon delivery, he supposedly said he was sending him by a delivery service, trans freight logistics, THEY wanted $500 upon delivery of my puppy. That’s when I told him to stop delivery and refund my money. Now I am blocked from his site, no puppy and out $400.
