Arrived Sept 18, 2023 at our paqrking lot @ about 9:30 am. Spoke with an Executive member of our service club that they were working in our area and can see that we need some repairs done to our parking lot. Our President was called and a decision was made to have this job done. The size of patch is approximately 17' and not 2 car lengths wide for $ 17, 499.18. I saw red flags as soon as I heard and started investigating. I was told the name Viking was on their truck. They insisted on a certified check which then can be cash just about any bank without question. First off all I was given as Secretary was # 13721442 Canada Inc. I checked into it and it is registered to a Rajwant Singh Sandhu of 9 Alister Drive, Mississauga, Ont, L6X 5G5. He has 8 other Canada Inc's registered to his name and address. Then I get the invoice and it says Statewide Paving at 7370 Bramalea Road, Mississauga, Ont, L5S 1N6. I checked that and spoke to the property manager of this plaza and they had never heard of them or leased to them and were going to look into using their address. It is now falling apart, The telephone # cell has not been assigned. Do not answer emails at all and you cannot get on their web site. Work was to have been guaranteed for 3 years for wear and tear only. They scammed us of all our money raised to try and recover from covid 19.
