An email was sent to me from "Glassdoor IRS", using the email address "[email protected]" via freshteam.com. It stated: "Internal Revenue Service® received your resume in respect of our AD for the position of Customer Service Representative posted on Indeed. Based on your Experience, Happy to inform you that you're among the applicants shortlisted for an online interview. You're to contact the Corporate Recruiter Danielle Bethune-Bergeron On Email at ( [email protected] ) to confirm your availability for the interview and acknowledge the receipt of this email. You will receive your Application Form from Danielle right after you confirm your availability. Your swift and timely response to this position matters a lot. Contact Danielle Bethune-Bergeron to let her know your Availability period. Have a great day ahead. Looking forward to hearing from you. All the best HR TEAM" After emailing "Danielle" about setting up an interview, I received an email back from the "Glassdoor IRS" email. It said: "Thank you again for your interest in our company, Internal Revenue Service® is recruiting for Customer Service Representative. The IRS was created based on the secretary's authority to administer and enforce the internal revenue laws. We have carefully considered your resume during the initial screening and will now proceed to send your Application Form. No tax experience is needed and the IRS provides in-depth training.
