I did a bing.com search for a cheap self cleaning cat litter box on Dec 6, 2023, the results came up in the scrolling ad at the top. I figured it was a legitimate online store because their ad was right up there with ads from chewy.com, walmart.com, and petsmart.com. I also figured it was just another one of those online marketplaces for affordable products sourced directly from Chinese manufacturers, like Temu and AliExpress, so I placed the order with my Chime debit card. That same day at 1:22 PM. I received an email designed like a receipt saying; Status of your order from the email address, [email protected], it said; Just to let you know — we've received your order #QL86210, and it is now being processed.We will package and dispatch your parcel within 2 business days. You can expect to receive it in 8-10 days.If you have any questions, please feel free to reply to this email, and we will respond ASAP. At exactly that same time, 1:22 P.M. the charge went through my Chime account as a charge for Gaming. I was flummoxed by that, but I just kinda shrugged it off. The website says: Why So Cheap Factory-direct prices,quality assured, promotions for affordability Express Shipping Swift delivery in about 8-12 days Returns & Exchanges within 30 days 30-day satisfaction guarantee with FREE return shipping by seller Money Back Guarantee A full refund within one week upon receiving your return, and so I anticipated receiving my order. I waited, and it never came. I finally replied to the receipt email on Dec 14, 2023, 7:04 AM. I wrote; This is the only email I have received from you. I'm worried about why I haven't heard anything about my order. I have the receipt from my bank which I have attached, but the receipt says it is a charge for gaming. I ordered the self cleaning litter box. Please let me know what is happening? ASAP! On Dec 14, 2023, 7:12 AM she responded with a msg saying; Sorry to keep you waiting. We investigated your order and due to the salesperson's error, your order was missed. Your package has been sent today This is the express tracking number:9361289671026307295477 You can track it via: https://www.17track.net/en Sometimes updates are not timely, please try again later We expect your package to arrive within 7 days thank you for your patience. So I waited some more, but still I never received my order. Finally on Dec 30, 2023, 1:11 PM I sent another message that said; I have not received anything yet. I looked up the tracking number #9361289671026307295477, the webpage says it was delivered to Houston Texas, 77009. I live in Utah and the order form email that you sent me has my address on it. I don't understand what went wrong? I really need this litter box, for my physical health. I also paid quite a bit of money. I have attached screenshots of the information that you need. The original email message, a screenshot of the tracking webpage, and a copy of the transaction from my bank. Please see if you can fix this ASAP. Thank you! I was pretty suspicious by now, and I didn't hear 1 single word from her or anyone else who may have worked with her. On Jan 7, 2024, 5:30 PM I tried to contact her 1 more time. I emailed her saying: I'm afraid that since I haven't heard anything from you about my missing order I'm going to have to reverse the charges. I filed a dispute with Chime, in which I attached all of the information I had about the whole process, and at 5:42 PM I received a confirmation email from them telling me that my dispute had been filed, my confirmation number, information and instructions about what happens next and that "Depending on the type of transaction you’re disputing, the process can take until April 6, 2024." I was quite surprised when I received an email from Chime on Jan 18, 2024, at 11:16 AM saying; "Our investigation revealed an error occurred. As a result, on 2024-01-18, we posted a credit in the amount of $65.26 to your account, and reversed any applicable fees." It wasn't until approx a week later that I discovered through a bing.com AI search that the website www.misyastore.com actually has a list a mile long of reports of various scams and stories like mine from a ton of other people who've been the victim of fraudulent charges from this website. So I was one of the lucky ones, I kept all of my information about my order and all of the stuff that went down, and Chime had my back. There were a lot of people on that site that never got their products or their money back. I decided that I should inform you of this issue, and I intend to make a report to the FTC as well. Please do what you can to stop these people, because as of tonight, February 1st 2024, their website is still up and running, and they are still making claims that they have the litter box I tried to order, and it's still listed at the same price.
