This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Job was offered as a repackaging scheme. I was skeptical after I initially uploaded my license and utility bill. I was also requested to fill out a W4 and I9 form. I did not proceed filling those out due to my skepticism. After some research I’ve come to believe this is repackaging job scheme.
