Description

This was a pop up on a game i play online. I clicked on it and reviewed and researched it on line it and decided to purchase one. I received a reciept (#*********) from STRIPE whom Kasa Lavandaria partners with. The order and payment was on 01/17/24. Also, on the seventeenth I receiveved a confirmation of pruchase email from "Laundry Masher" for my order #******* confirming all my correct information and note that they will contact me once my order is shipped. As of today I have yet to hear from them. I called the toll free number and it is a recording and asks for the order number and then it informs you to leave a message and they will call you back. I have left voice messages x 3 and sent copies of my receipts and confirmation for the order via the email they provide for support and still no response.
