Purchased a 4day 3 night voucher to the Embassy Suites in Savannah,Ga. 2 years ago. We have been trying to book a date never available. We decided we would go with what they had available. It took over an hour to get to that point. Gave them our reservation number then they said they needed our drivers license. Then they ask for a credit card to hold the room. Which my husband gave them. At this point we asked for a refund for the 3 rd time. Could not give it to us. We canceled the reservation if there even was one and decided we take our losses. The next day 1/31/24. I received a phone call saying fraudulent charges on my credit card account I call the number (866 906 2283) back. They telling me a charge made with American Airlines for $499.00. I am answering all questions and my husband calls our bank. They see no charges on the account we cancelled our credit and debit cards with the bank directly! When I say this to the person on the phone he is surprised! We are going to check our credit reports today. This booksi number also came up as monster vacation booking! About 10 minutes after this call we received text messages from our bank saying charges were pending for world Crete a car in the amount of $552.00 asking if this was us. We responded no!
