I made a purchase online Jan 7th. My order hadn't arrived. I emailed to follow up Jan 15 asking about when I could expect my order. I was told a few days. It never came. I asked for a refund or my items. I was told no refunds but exchanges if needed. Since I never received my items, I couldn't even do that but alluro took the money and never delivered my things. I tried writing a poor review twice. My review as an honest consumer doesn't even show on the website. Everything according to them is fabulous. I think it's a scam business. I just want my money back now at this point.
