This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I have received many calls that are not companies we deal with. Most caller IDs say unavailable. They have started leaving messages. They left a message with a call back number of 833-621-4892 with a name for some time of accounting services. It said to call the mediation department, and that official documents were attached to my name and social security number.
