Description
Upon calling to verify product GS-Tech 24 they are asking to pay for a renewal of $305.20 for 24 months. I asked to cancel that it as sounded fishy. He then said in order to cancel he will.need information from my computer or laptop. Then told him.this sounds like a scam. Person hung up. I then called Best Buy as I usually do my Tech services through them. Rep verified my tech services is all current and had also taken the email information to report it.
