I hired anthem tax service 2022. I gave them $3600 to settle my tax debt. During this process I’ve been reassigned caseworkers which starts the process over. I spoken to numerous managers I’ve also spoken to one of their attorneys in settling this debt. I have requested payoff amounts I have requested everything that anthem has done for me in writing and with no avail, there has been zero response, I spoke to a manager one month ago and she guaranteed me satisfaction she said that we will check in on your case every two weeks. False. I have been deceived and played with. I was told nine months ago that I should be patient because the process is slow it will work I have not received an email nor phone messages and reply to my request. I have no idea what anthem tax service has done for me other than raised my tax debt. My tax debt has gone up due to Anthems false promises and delays. When I hired Anthem I gave them the power to look into my case however it seems that I have been doing all the paperwork. I just want to be reimbursed.
