Description
This company advertised on Facebook with Jim shore collectibles. I ordered 5 pieces and the cost was $30.24. I gave my credit card and immediately received a receipt from Kungrich,inc on Dec 10,2023. I tried calling the number on receipt several times with no response. Phone rings and rings then cuts off. I then sent an email with no response . Bottom line , I ordered Dec 10,2023 and never received my items , nor did I receive a response from this ( so called) company. I hope you can use this information and take action you deem necessary.
