My wife placed an order and when she received the invoice, several items ($500+) had been added that she did not order. We were told it already shipped and to send back the order for a refund. They only refunded the original items she ordered even though we returned everything. I believe this is a scam they are pulling to keep the difference of what you ordered and what they added on. We have spoken with several people from customer service on several occasions, and everybody says the same thing with NO results. "You will be credited back in 3 to 5 business days". Just a continual run around. It has been almost 2 months since the order was placed.
