I purchased a travel package through booksi.com. The travel package I purchased included 4 nights in Savannah Ga staying at the Embassy Suites Hotel. I called into Booksi to reserve my stay in Savannah Ga at the Embassy Suites Hotel I spoke with a representative that told me none of the dates I selected were available. After being told my dates weren’t available I went to the Embassy Suites Hotel site online which showed all of the dates I selected were available. The representative told me she could offer me those dates a a time share facility in Hilton Head, SC. I didn’t purchase a package in Hilton Head SC at a time share facility I purchased 4 nights in Savannah Ga at Embassy Suites Hotel. I called in multiple times and spoke to multiple representative that all told me different stories. During my first discussion with Booksi I asked the representative what dates were available for the Embassy Suites Hotel and she told me April 16- April 20, was the first available date. I told her to book those dates and after going through 30 mins waiting for her to book my stay she came back to the line and told me the dates weren’t available. I was so irritated I hung up. After hanging up I went to the online Booksi site to try to make my reservation myself. I entered the dates I wanted to go on my trip which were March 22-26 2024 it showed they were available so I made my reservation. After completing my reservation I received a message that to complete the booking I received a message that said I had to call into Booksi to complete the reservation. I called into Booksi to complete the reservation and was told by another rep the dates weren’t available even though on the Embassy Suites site showed they were. This is a scam to get you to sit through a sales pitch for a time share. After submitting a bad review I was called by someone that offered me a refund after the reps told me they don’t offer refunds. Why did I have to submit a bad review to get the refund. I was later called and told I would receive a refund but I have no faith that I will receive it and to date I have not received it
