On 12/6/23 I purchased TheraPet MD Advanced Cat Calming Diffuser Kit Order #45758. It arrived on 12/15/23 and I immediately plugged it in to use in a room where my cat likes to spray urine against the wall. After 2 weeks I could tell that it wasn't working and emailed [email protected] on 1/2/24 to initiate their "hassle-free refund or replacement within this 30-day period". I inadvertently resent that email again on 1/5/24. About a week later I noticed that my cat's fur was dramatically thinning along her back and suspect that she was rubbing against the diffuser. I immediately unplugged it. I emailed them a third time on 1/10/23 and a fourth time 1/15/24. They have not replied to a single email. I also commented on a Facebook post https://www.facebook.com/therapetco about my concerns and they told me to email the support address I had already emailed. An Instagram DM on 1/8/24 got a reply asking for my order number, but then went dark after I replied with the order number. Several phone numbers I've found for them go unanswered or have busy signal. Both social media and Trust Pilot reviews show many people ordered the product and never received it, so this is certainly a scam at play. At this point I don't care so much about the money as I do the potential danger to other pets.
