I was contacted and told that my contract had just lapsed and that I needed to confirm that I wanted to continue my contract or lose services. I have never had a contract with this company and certainly do not currently. They attempted to have me answer yes or no questions through a second phone on their end that would have signed me up for a new contract that I would have known nothing about.
