The press release by Newsfile Corp is promoting known fraudulent projects. Both apenft marketplace and bunny planet have been confirmed scams by users experiencing losses yet the press release by Newsfile gives direct links to both sites. The site for bunny planet is now inactive (ie. rugpull) but the link is still there in the PR promoting it. Apenft is on the alberta security commission watchlist as an investment scam. Hundreds of thousands of dollars were lost by the community evidenced by user reports on social media. The allegations are serious and include but not limited to developer draining investors' funds, money laundering, & fraud. Newsfile (the original source publisher of the PR for the scam companies) is aware yet does nothing to warn the public. Meanwhile, Newsfile promotes accuracy and reliance on its publication for investment decision yet will pass the buck! Many other questionable projects are being promoted by Newsfile as well without proper vetting, monitoring or updating. Readers and investors beware! Newsfile is used to promote international scammers to reach north american investors.
